Vocalscape Acquires Azatel

VOIP software provider Vocalscape Networks acquires VOIP and video equipment provider Azatel Communications

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Vocalscape Networks, Inc. (OTC:VOSC) (BULLETIN BOARD: VOSC) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Azatel Communications.

Subject to Vocalscape has agreed to issue common shares in exchange for 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Azatel Communications Inc.

Mr. Ron McIntyre, President of Vocalscape commented, "Vocalscape already has the doors being knocked down by current clients and international prospects for the new line of Azatel products. We look forward to financing the successful venture as an integral part of Vocalscape's hardware division."

Mr. Derek Herman, CEO and Founder of Azatel Communications Inc. commented, "The culture of Vocalscape staff work perfectly with our management team, we are excited to work with Vocalscape and their clients in the process of merging our two firms. Mr. Derek Herman will remain CEO of Azatel Communications, a subsidiary of Vocalscape Networks Inc.
