Billing provider Openet and Brazilian network integrator Promon announce strategic partnership in South America

DUBLIN and RESTON, Va. -- Openet Telecom, the leading provider of active mediation, charging and rating solutions, today announced a partnership with Promon, the largest network integration company in Brazil by the International Data Group (IDG), for the distribution of Openet’s revenue generating solutions to wireless, wireline, and cable operators in Central and Latin America.
