RA'ANANA, Israel -- Orca Interactive, a member of the Emblaze Group (LSE: BLZ) and global market leader in developing applications for broadband TV, today announced the signing of an agreement that gives Nokia the rights to resell Orca's RiGHTv application suite to telecommunications operators worldwide. The Orca and Nokia end-to-end, triple play solution allows operators to quickly enter the broadband TV market and efficiently deliver enhanced video entertainment services over xDSL networks.

Orca's RiGHTv application suite integrates with the Nokia D500 multiservice access platform to multicast video content through operator networks. This allows multiple video streams to be delivered to end-user TV as well as to PCs and Nokia's wireless handsets. The delivery of video services to multiple devices on broadband networks helps operators to generate additional revenues, reduce customer churn and gain customer loyalty.

"We are pleased to sign this agreement with Orca, which underlines our commitment to this segment of the broadband market. Together with the Nokia D500 high-capacity streaming media capabilities, customers can compete with triple play, to provide exciting new services for consumers connected to DSL," says Tapio Sulkava, Director, Marketing and Sales, Broadband Systems, Nokia Networks. He added: "We have been working with Orca for more than 12 months and we are happy to announce this agreement, which solidifies that relationship."

"We have successfully integrated RiGHTv into Nokia broadband services to provide a complete TV based solution including support for mobile devices" said Yosi Glick, vice president of business development, Orca Interactive. "We are pleased to work with Nokia to provide operators worldwide with a proven complete solution to increase their revenues and profitability."
