Asset InterTech Inc. appoints Spirent veteran Alan Sguigna as vice president of marketing

RICHARDSON, Texas -- ASSET InterTech Inc. (www.asset-intertech.com), an international leader in JTAG test and boundary-scan (IEEE 1149.1) in-system programming, has strengthened its senior management team with the addition of Alan Sguigna as vice president of marketing.

“Because of his extensive background in marketing and senior-level management in the telecommunications industry, we believe that Alan will not only continue but also accelerate the growth of our company,” said Glenn Woppman, president and CEO of ASSET InterTech. “Telecom is one of our leading vertical markets, so Alan’s background and insight into this segment is exceedingly valuable. ASSET’s easy yet powerful ScanWorks boundary-scan environment is currently used by leading electronics companies such as Cisco, Lucent Technologies, Agilent, BAE, Hewlett-Packard, Ericsson, Intel, Raytheon, Solectron, Rockwell Collins, EMC and others.
