AltaNet is an integrated network planning and design service that enables service providers to optimize network performance and reduce capital and operational costs. Through the use of its architecture, analysis and business case development tools, carriers can streamline the network planning process and evaluate various configuration alternatives to design the most effective deployment of Altamar's Titanium Optical Network System(TM), which is currently being developed to be the industry's most integrated, scalable transport system for the long-distance optical network.
