Sylantro Names CFO

Sylantro Systems announced that Aidan Cullen has been appointed vice president of finance and chief financial officer

CAMPBELL, Calif. -- Sylantro Systems Corp., the leading supplier of feature servers for hosted VoIP services in carrier networks, today announced that Aidan Cullen has been appointed vice president of finance and chief financial officer, effective immediately. Cullen will be responsible for all financial management of Sylantro’s expanding global operations, including treasury and tax, auditing, budgeting and risk management.

Cullen comes to Sylantro with more than 23 years of professional finance experience, at both private start-up and public companies. Prior to joining Sylantro, Cullen served as the CFO at Tasman Networks, where he oversaw Tasman’s merger with Nortel Networks, as well as management of finance and administration for the company. Cullen also served as CFO for Monterey Design Systems, a private electronic design automation company.
