MOSCOW and MUNICH -- The European Computer Telecoms Group (ECT) and Tehnoliga Ltd. have agreed to form a strategic partnership for the purpose of strengthening the ECT Group’s presence in the Russian Federation and the CIS. Tehnoliga supplies value-added services and telecoms equipment for fixed-line operators, mobile operators, and service providers, and is a major market player across the region. The company will serve as an important sales partner for the ECT Group.

With its headquarters in Moscow, Tehnoliga Ltd. has a proven track record for selling mobile value-added services and will focus on the ECT Group’s applications for Ring Back Tone, Mobile Office, Number Portability, Prepaid Mobile, and Prepaid Calling Cards. In the mid-term Tehnoliga will also market the entire range of ECT Group applications and platforms.

“ECT’s value-added services are ideally suited to boost the average revenue per user for mobile carriers and to widen their product portfolio,” said Roman Shlotskiy, managing director of Tehnoliga. “I see a high potential in the Russian Federation and the CIS for ECT’s solutions.”
