TM Forum: Digital ecosystems: Setting new standards for integration

Large enterprises’ network boundaries often transcend the service boundaries of communications service providers (CSPs), requiring that end-to-end services be provided by multiple operators. Ordering, specifying and coordinating services across networks is difficult because each CSP has its own, usually antiquated, operational interface. However, key operators are working with TM Forum and MEF to develop new standards for ordering broadband services that will lower costs and meet their network service needs.
