5:15 PM -- Today on Contentinople:

  • ABC, Hulu, and BBE are now among those using Quantcast's video-based measurement services. Not to be outdone, comScore accuses the startup of using less reliable measuring tools.

  • Will Ferrell and Adam McKay's FunnyOrDie.com raised $3 million from an undisclosed investor. Though the site hasn't had another hit on the scale of The Landlord, which racked up 9.5 million views, HBO, an investor in the site, launched its season premiere of Flight of the Conchords on the site last week.

  • According to Heavy Reading's Aditya Kishore, there are five events that should have, could have, or would have happened in digital media this year... They just didn't. The list kicks off with PC-TV connectivity, here.

And in today's News Bits, HubSpot releases its first "State of the Twittersphere" report.
