Through Pyro's mCommerce platform, Citycell will not only collect bills from WASA (Water and Sewerage Authority) through a hassle free, convenient and quick way but will also enable Citycell customers to pay their DESCO (Dhaka Electricity Supply Company Limited) bills through their Citycell mobile connections.
