TORONTO -- MiraVid Inc., a global provider of MPEG technologies and tools, today announced the release of TeleSight Real-time Analyzer. TeleSight is the first automated real-time conformance analyzer on the market that can support up to 20 streams simultaneously. TeleSight will be demonstrated at NAB 2006, April 24-27, in the AVC Alliance booth (SL1976 in South Hall 2).

Designed for the media distribution industry, including content providers, broadcasters, and IPTV providers, TeleSight Real-Time Analyzer supports all MPEG video standards. TeleSight offers unparalleled performance with real-time decoding, displaying, and analysis for all MPEG streams with support for TS conformance including STD verification, video and audio bitstream conformance, video quality, video bitrate, and audio level monitoring.

TeleSight is the perfect complement to MiraVid’s existing MSightTM Analyzer. With both products, companies have a complete solution for monitoring and validating large volumes of digital media right down to inspecting and debugging any problems encountered at the bitstream level.

"We are very excited with the release of TeleSight Real-Time Analyzer," said Hugo Chung, President, MiraVid Inc. "TeleSight is the first MPEG Analyzer on the market that delivers true real-time multi-stream video and audio conformance testing and more. Our ability to support all MPEG video standards with up to 20 simultaneous streams will help the media distribution industry provide a higher level of quality assurance at a cost-effective price point"
