GREENWOOD, Ind. -- When the rest of the telcom world is barraged by stories of mismanagement and cooked books, small Indiana based company Spark Interactive Corporation has successfully deployed interactive television services to apartment complexes using underutilitized telephone company fiber optics. While the telco world bemoaned the fact that only 3% of its laid fiber is utilized, Spark founders Brian Fatteicher and Bill Dever saw an opportunity.
