Cisco senior executives join HarmonyCom's board

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- HarmonyCOM, an innovator in software for the design, activation and monitoring of broadband services, announced that Kurt Dahm and Udaya Shankar of Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO) have joined HarmonyCOM's Board of Directors. Dahm currently holds the position of Director of Marketing, Business Development and Deployment Services in the Communications Software Group at Cisco Systems. Shankar is the Director of Solutions Engineering in the Internet Systems Business Unit in Cisco Systems. "Kurt is a key addition to our Board of Directors. His new business development and marketing experience are invaluable assets to HarmonyCOM," said Paul McAfee, Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Sales for HarmonyCOM. "We are excited to have Kurt join our Board of Directors." Mr. Dahm leads the Operational Support System (OSS) software and systems integration strategy for Cisco's Service Provider Line of Business, and works with Independent Software Vendors and Systems Integrators in the development and delivery of OSS solutions for the global market segments.
