Communitronics of America Signs a letter of intent to acquire Bethel Communications

DAPHNE, Ala. -- Communitronics of America, Incorporated (OTCBB:COAC) announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Bethel Communications Inc., a company based in Maryland. BethelCI's focus offers state-of-the-art, inexpensive bundled Internet; Local and Long Distance Service to businesses and residences. BethelCI provides these state-of-the-art bundled services over a single transmission medium, and on one single bill. The services BethelCI offers are as follows:

  • Dial-up Internet Access

  • Digital Subscriber Line (DSL)

  • Unlimited domestic and low rate international long distance services for BethelCI local service customers

  • Inexpensive domestic/international calling card services

  • At least a 35% savings over our competition for our bundled local, long-distance and internet service packages

  • Voice-mail, custom-calling services (i.e. three-way calling, call forwarding, etc.), CLASS features (caller ID, *69, etc.)

  • Flat rate bundled (including local, long distance and internet access) and unbundled audio and data conferencing packages

  • BethelCI specialized custom services (industry first services only for BethelCI customers)

  • High Speed Wireless Internet Access (56Kb/11Mb)
