LEAGUE CITY, Texas -- Eagle Broadband (Amex: EAG) announced today that its ClearWorks Communications subsidiary has been selected to provide its Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) technology and Bundled Digital Services (BDS(SM)) to Stone Gate Canyon Lakes, a 352-acre master-planned community located at Barker Cypress Road and Tuckerton Road, in northwest Houston, Texas. When complete, this premier residential community developed by Land Tejas Development, will consist of more than 1,468 single-family homes. Gross revenues from the ClearWorks BDS package over the anticipated 25-year life of the project are projected to total in excess of forty million dollars, with significant net profitability. Construction in Stone Gate Canyon Lakes has already begun and approximately two hundred homes have been completed. Manny Carter, President and COO of Eagle Broadband, commented, "With our ClearWorks Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) system in place, homeowners will have the opportunity to access our Bundled Digital Services, which include high- quality, cable-style television over fiber; local and long-distance telephone; high-speed broadband Internet connectivity; and security monitoring services. And, whether residents choose their communication services from our "a la carte" menu or one of several bundled packages, they'll enjoy the convenience of receiving a single, itemized invoice from ClearWorks instead of multiple bills from multiple suppliers."ClearWorks Communications
