MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- Matisse Networks today announced the appointment of engineering expert Prabhat Mishra, 52, as Vice President of Engineering. Mishra brings over 20 years of extensive engineering management experience in developing and bringing to market networking and computer systems products.
