(NASDAQ: EVOL) aimed at helping North American wireless and wireline carriers optimize network efficiency and speed service delivery. Under the agreement, Evolving Systems, a leading provider of telecom OSS and wireless data software solutions, will have the right to offer Cramer Dimension, Cramer Systems' comprehensive service provisioning platform, in conjunction with its own service delivery messaging infrastructure solution, OSS ServiceExpress. The offering will broaden the scope of OSS ServiceExpress options to include network inventory management and automated provisioning tools.
