SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Spirent Communications, a leader in testing networks, services and devices, today announced support for CFP2 100G optical transceiver modules. Finisar’s 100GBASE-LR4 CFP2 optical transceivers were used in Spirent’s 100G test module to generate and analyze traffic across this new interface form factor at Ethernet Alliance’s demonstration of Optical Ethernet Interoperability during OFC 2013.
