UTStarcom Appoints CIO

ALAMEDA, Calif. -- UTStarcom, Inc. Bose will be responsible for managing the company's worldwide IT organization, building its organizational capability and standardizing processes to help ensure that the Company's systems infrastructure keeps pace with its growing reach and sophistication.
