Tellium Gets New Boss

Oceanport, NJ, January 31, 2000 — Tellium, Inc., announced the appointment of Harry J. Carr to the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer by its Board of Directors. Carr, who has held numerous senior executive positions in the telecommunications and data communications industry, assumes his responsibilities immediately.
