Sympac signs agreement with Mobitel in the Czech Republic to offer its customized mobile services to multinational companies
September 1, 2006
THE HAGUE, The Netherlands -- Sympac, the European provider of customized mobile services to multinational companies, now has a foothold in Central Europe. As a result of an agreement with the Czech company MOBITEL, a dealer of Telefónica O2, Sympac offers multinationals with branches in the Czech Republic the same favorable price structure as in a large number of other European countries.
Sympac provides customers in the Czech Republic with a network connection via the mobile network of Telefónica O2. Customers benefit from the competitive flat rates for calls and for On-Net international calls in all the countries in which Sympac operates. The contract in the Czech Republic means that customers of Sympac will be supplied by MOBITEL with phones, SIM cards and accessories. In addition, MOBITEL gives customers pre- and after-sales support and the helpdesk is available for customers’ queries.
Sympac now has contracts with mobile operators in Germany (E-Plus), the Netherlands (KPN), Belgium (BASE), France (Bouygues), Portugal (Optimus) and Luxembourg (Tango). It is expected that Sympac will further expand its network this year through alliances with operators in several other countries.
