GOLDEN, Colo. -- New Global Telecom (NGT), the leading provider of wholesale hosted Voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) services in the U.S. market, is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Decker as the company's Senior Vice-President of Technology & Service Operations and the addition of John Guillaume as the company's Vice-President of Product.

Mr. Decker brings over 25 years of telecom experience to NGT, including senior roles in Engineering and Information Technology. At MCI WorldCom, Mr. Decker was VP of Information Services, VP of Engineering, VP of Network Planning & Technology as well as VP of the Next Generation Network Program Office. He was most recently VP of Network Planning & Engineering at Sigma Networks as well as CEO of GoLinx, a wholesale VoIP services start-up.

Mr. Guillaume has been an outstanding leader in the telecom industry over the last 17 years and has acquired an extensive product development background. Following receipt of a BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Washington, Mr. Guillaume served in senior management positions at WorldCom Inc., Level 3 Communications and Voyant Technologies. For the past four years, he has held Vice-President level positions at Incentra Solutions and Trinsic Communications and served as Vice-President of Enterprise Network Services at Level 3.
