Westell Buys Noran Tel

AURORA, Ill. -- Westell Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTL), a leading provider of broadband access products, gateways and conferencing services, today announces that it has acquired privately-owned Noran Tel, Inc., a Saskatchewan, Canada-based premier provider of telecommunications products. Noran Tel will remain based in Saskatchewan and will operate as a Westell subsidiary.
