Spanish operator Jazztel launches its interactive TV service, Jazztelia TV, over ADSL 2+

MADRID, Spain -- Jazztel has launched throughout Spain its interactive television, Jazztelia TV, over ADSL 2+with a promotion price of one euro per month until the 1st of July.Jazztelia TV will expand its product portfolio during 2006 by offering additional TV channelpacks, video-on-demand and other services.

Jazztelia TV will be available to every Jazztel broadband customer connected with ADSL 2+technology with, at least 6 Mb of broadband capacity.Jazztel’s TV offers 30 channels, which will be expanded to the 22 digital terrestrial TVchannels (DTTN) in the near future. JAZZTELIA TV has signed agreements with Sogecable,Universal, Sony, Turner, Multicanal, Bloomberg and Viacom, among others in order tosecure a quality offering to its customers.
