Orange will launch a fiber optic pilot during 2008. The pilot will cover a few thousand users – private and corporate - which will be able to benefit from advanced services such as: access to high speed Internet with speeds of up to 100Mbps, high definition TV channels, and the possibility to watch television via an IP address on various television units in the home simultaneously.
