Extreme Announces Korean Win

SK Telecom is offering CDMA2000 1x services, which can carry data rates as high as 144Kbps to wireless devices including cellular phones, in 23 cities including Seoul, Inchoen, Busan, and Daegu, and has plans to expand the service in more than 79 cities across the country. The Company has established high performance Ethernet switching within its backbone networks with Extreme Networks' core solution, the BlackDiamond(R) modular switch, and has implemented both the Alpine(TM) and Summit(R) switching systems to establish wider adoption of various wireless services.
