Juniper fellows and key MPLS contributors featured in speaking program at MPLS 2007 conference

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR), the leader in high-performance networking, today announced its participation in the 10th annual MPLS 2007 International Conference in Washington, DC from October 28-31. Juniper Networks will demonstrate its continued leadership in MPLS-based solutions for service providers and enterprises in booth #202 and will be a key part of the conference speaking program.

Dr. Yakov Rekhter and Dr. Kireeti Kompella, Juniper Networks Fellows and key authors of many MPLS protocols, will be featured in the conference speaking program, each leading a tutorial on Sunday, October 28, as well as participating in other sessions throughout the conference. Dr. Rekhter is co-chair of the Inter-Domain Routing (IDR) Working Group in the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), and has authored or co-authored over 60 IETF Requests For Comments (RFCs), as well as numerous papers and articles on TCP/IP and the Internet. Dr. Kompella is the author of several Internet-Drafts and RFCs in the areas of CCAMP, IS-IS, L2VPN, MPLS, OSPF and TE. Several additional Juniper technology leaders will also be participating in the speaking program--please see full list below.

The Juniper booth (#202) at MPLS 2007 will highlight Juniper Networks long-standing role as an innovator and leader in the development and adoption of MPLS technologies.
