Singl.eView, a key component of ADC's Singularit.e(TM) operations support system (OSS) solution suite, was selected by Appiant to meet an aggressive launch and ongoing business plan for its inUnison offering. Appiant offers a comprehensive unified communications solution to their service provider and large enterprise customers. ADC met Appiant's requirement to implement a flexible, robust billing application that met very rapid implementation timescales and at the same time provided the flexibility and scalability to help Appiant meet current and future business needs.
