Digital Reality and Savvis joint venture completes acquisition of Hong Kong Data Center

SINGAPORE -- Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: DLR), a leading global provider of data centre solutions, and Savvis, a CenturyLink company (NYSE: CTL) and global leader in cloud infrastructure and hosted IT solutions for enterprises, announced today the completion of the joint venture acquisition of a 164,000-square-foot (15,236-square-meter) facility in Hong Kong. This acquisition represents Digital Realty’s entrance to the Hong Kong market, while building on Savvis’ existing local presence there.
