NEEDHAM, Mass. -- Brooktrout Technology, Inc., a leading supplier of media processing and call control products, today announced that Volo Communications, a leading nationwide wholesale provider of advanced voice and data services, has selected Brooktrout's TR2500™ high density IP platform for its VoiceOne™ Network. The VoiceOne Network provides end-to-end voice, data and IP application services to carriers, service providers, CLECs and cable operators.

Brooktrout's TR2500 provides one of the underlying components utilized within Volo's VoiceOne Network to provide carrier-quality VoIP and TDM services to carriers, businesses and consumers over Volo's advanced VoiceOne network.
