Atlanta-based IBBS provides industry-leading operational support systems, NOC, and call center services that enable cable operators to generate significant new revenue streams from Internet services with an industry-low total cost of ownership.

The combined systems of IBBS and PointOne provide the ideal solution for cable operators wanting to offer "triple play" services to their customers. IBBS' software systems and its extensive knowledge of managing "last-mile" quality coupled with PointOne's private all-IP nationwide voice network will result in unrivalled service quality and affordability.

"PointOne's extensive VoIP network will allow IBBS' customers to provide their subscribers with superior voice quality and the reliability of traditional phone systems," said Michael Ingram, Chief Technology Officer at IBBS. "We are able to provide cable system operators large and small with the highest quality of service available in broadband telephony."
