Pandatel names Ilan Elad to the new position of director of sales for EMEA; sales director Joern Randt becomes director of strategy

HAMBURG, Germany -- Pandatel AG - specialists for network access and data transmission technology using fiber optics and copper - is restructuring its sales management. Effective immediately, Ilan Elad, 35, will be holding the newly created position of Director Sales (EMEA). In addition, Elad will also be responsible for the sales organization in North America as President of the subsidiary Pandatel Inc. Sales director Joern Randt moves to the position of Director of Strategy at Pandatel AG, where he directly supports chief executive officer Heinrich-J. Kraus.
Before taking on this position, Ilan Elad was Director of Business Development and Sales at Native Networks, a vendor of high-speed connectivity and enhanced service solutions for Optical and Metro Ethernet access networks based in Great Britain and Israel. There, he was responsible among other things for the product release and sales of the fiber-optic multiplexer S-MUX 155, which was distributed by and subsequently sold to Pandatel.
Joern Randt, in his new position as Director of Strategy, will particularly be responsible for the identification and design of worldwide strategic partnerships, especially for OEM products. His tasks include opening new distribution channels for niche products and optimizing the synergetic potential of future acquisitions.
