EATONTOWN, N.J. -- Lemur Networks, a leader in providing standards-based, delivery and management of dynamic IP services for broadband service providers, today announced the company’s relocation to larger facilities here to accommodate a 300% increase in staff over the past six months, as well as future growth.
The new location provides immediate space for the 35 employees currently developing Lemur’s i-Fabric software suite, a directory-based service delivery platform for broadband service providers. In addition, the site offers room for the near-term expansion of Lemur’s technical, administrative, sales and support functions. Lemur previously was headquartered in Shrewsbury, NJ.
Effective immediately, Lemur’s address is 1-13 Christopher Way, Third Floor, Eatontown, NJ 07724. The telephone number remains 800-732-8990.
“The next 18 months will be a proving ground for advanced IP services,” said Andrew J. Audet, CEO of Lemur Networks. “While the company has made tremendous strides in less than a year, we need to ensure that we have the staff and facilities resources at hand to capitalize on immediate opportunities and to secure and maintain a long-term leading position in our market space.”
Lemur’s i-Fabric services delivery software platform currently is deployed with Adams Cable, an MSO serving about 27,000 homes in northeastern Pennsylvania and upstate New York. Lemur Networks anticipates additional trials and deployments in the near future.
