The NETGEAR WM2500RP leverages Entropic's powerful EN2710 MoCA 2.0 chipset, which features a complete solution with MAC, PHY, RF transceiver and RF front-end functionality. It offers low power modes and is fully backward interoperable with prior MoCA versions (MoCA 1.1 and 1.0). Entropic was the first to officially announce Board-approved MoCA 2.0 Golden Node certification in December 2013.
