On Israel: Don't forget CloudBand Israel is also where the first group in the industry doing NFV sits: CloudBand.

I think it's interesting that ALU went to israel to set up this unit...

Re: silicon Wadi Thanks For sharing this guidance as we continue to be ever so amazed--if only they had enlightened leaders--but that's for a different day and beyond the scope of our deliberations here.

Re: silicon Wadi Israel at its' best was showcased by you Steve in the conversations you've had.    It amazes me beyond words as I see the reporting on i24news as emerging techs in Israel are featured.    It is also quite remarkable to see such innovation in spite of the profound security challenges the country faces.

silicon Wadi @Steve Very interesting. Thanks for putting us on to GeekTime. I found Kwik mentioned among the startups there. It's goals extend further than pizza. In fact, according to a recent article, it intends to serve rather like Amazon's Dash.  Of course, the idea is just to make ordering from home quick and easy. Cheap is another matter. That was the reaction I saw form people in Israel when Target announced it would ship there, but not on the same terms (meaning free with minimum purchase or with Target RedCard) it ships in the US.
