AT&T Launches 3G in Columbus

These are just a few of the things you can do with AT&T's third-generation (3G) wireless service, now available in Columbus. Today, AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) announced the launch of the company's 3G wireless network in Columbus, offering consumers and businesses broadband-like speed and access to the latest interactive voice, video and data applications. AT&T has enhanced the technology at 40 existing cell sites across the Columbus area, and the company will add 12 new cells sites in the Columbus/Ft. Benning area this year, while continuing to expand its 3G network footprint.
