AFC Acquires AccessLAN

PETALUMA, Calif. -- Advanced Fibre Communications®, Inc. (AFC®)(Nasdaq: AFCI), an industry-leading designer and manufacturer ofnext-generation edge access equipment and multiservice broadband solutions for the telecommunications industry, today announced the Company has completed its acquisition of privately held AccessLan Communications, Inc.
