MARINA DEL REY, Calif. -- 5G Wireless Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:FGWC) announced today that it has entered into an OEM agreement with Nomadix, Inc., the leading supplier of public-access solutions.

The OEM agreement allows 5G Wireless to add the billing, authentication and management capabilities offered by Nomadix's family of Access Gateways and licensed embedded software solutions to its G-Force suite of wireless broadband products and systems. The combined solution will directly address the key issues of customer acquisition, provisioning, security, and revenue generation for Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs), Multiple Dwelling Units (MDUs) and campus-based organizations.

Under the terms of the agreement Nomadix and 5G Wireless will jointly market both existing and newly-developed products to wireless environments with multiple access points and users that require roaming capabilities.

"Nomadix's family of public-access gateways is a natural partner to our G-Force products," stated Don Boudewyn, executive vice president of 5G Wireless. "We believe that combining 5G Wireless's and Nomadix's products will enable our customers to implement a total Wi-Fi network that can include voice, data and video more efficiently and profitably."

"We are delighted to be partnering with 5G Wireless to offer complete, integrated public-access solutions that enable subscribers to exchange important information in a secure manner via public Wi-Fi access," said Kurt Bauer, senior vice president of field operations for Nomadix. "5G Wireless's G-Force products offer an intriguing set of performance benefits to organizations implementing Wi-Fi solutions."
