7:00 PM -- Earlier today, Vice President Dick Cheney, taking a break from surveying the wreckage of Gulfport, Mississippi, stood outside and "answered" a few questions for reporters on live TV.
At one point, his senseless pol-blather was interrupted by an independent voice of reason. It went a little something like this:
Dick kept talking after that, but Red Panda missed whatever it was he said, because he was laughing his hairy little red ass off.
Video is available here.
The Big Dick, of course, famously used the very same phrase last year in conversation with Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy. So file this under "getting a taste of your own medicine."

Off-camera passerby: "Go f--- yourself, Mr. Cheney! Go f--- yourself!"
CNN reporter: "Um, are you getting a lot of that, Mr. Vice President?"
Dick kept talking after that, but Red Panda missed whatever it was he said, because he was laughing his hairy little red ass off.

Is it just me, or does the Daily Show really do better news than the major networks? Most overlooked show around i think. And Rob Corddry deserves his own show. he's pure genius.

yeah, jon's really performing an incredible public service. by comedy-coating the bitter pill of, um, reality, he actually gets people to swallow a bit of knowledge. three cheers for the daily!
