Viper Networks Launches NextPhase

SAN DIEGO -- Viper Networks Inc. (OTCBB:VPER) announced today the company has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary, NextPhase Technologies Inc., a California corporation, to allow Viper to further its focus on mergers, acquisitions and investments in other complementary technology companies. NextPhase Technologies will be headed up by Viper's current Chief Technical Officer and President, James Wray, and will continue to market Viper's existing products and services, including VIPER CONNECT and its highly anticipated "RealPerson" software.
