5G for TV and other URLLC Services TV and video in general is one of those latency dependent services that really needs 5G, more specifically 5G New Radio (5GNR) via millimeter wave RF. However, it is well-advised that they have their business case worked out first (e.g. justifying a TV service), leaving 5GNR as a means to an end, as it should be. 

It's likely we will see many false starts for companies wishing to deploy 5G enabled apps and services, many of which will initially be fixed wireless based.
