Efftel and Backbone launch an integrated VOIP and CRM system for small and medium enterprises

STOCKHOLM -- Efftel and Backbone jointly launch an integrated IPtelephonyand customer relationship management system (CRM) solution for smalland medium enterprises. All Backbone’s customers can as of July 1 call theircustomers via Efftel simply by a mouse click in the CRM system.

Up to now, this advanced functionality was practically available only for the very largestcorporations. This since the integration between IT systems and traditional telephonysystems or mobile telephony tends to be both very complex and expensive. Thanks toEfftel’s flexible voice over IP technology and Backbone’s web-based systems thedevelopment of the integration was done very quickly and at a low cost.
