Splinternet Buys YFonGlobal

NORWALK, Conn. -- Splinternet Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: SLNH), announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire privately-held YFonGlobal, LLC a leading social networking enabler. Their product, called wyndstorm™, provides affinity marketers time-to-market advantage in delivering feature-rich customized social networks, hosted on a turn-key basis. Companies using wyndstorm can leverage the power of viral marketing and user-generated-content combined with robust features such as customized multi-user online gaming, or virtual environments with personalized avatars, or other services, like click-to-call, enabling subscribers to connect, communicate and collaborate - worldwide. wyndstorm provides custom-tailored features, including network design, content delivery systems, wireless device communications platforms, IP-network based technology, and secure content distribution. Splinternet plans to purchase YFonGlobal for an undisclosed sum. Additionally, upon closing, Splinternet will retain key management team members. Splinternet expects to close this acquisition within sixty days. The closing of the acquisition is subject to the execution of a definitive agreement and certain other conditions including but not limited to the completion of adequate due diligence by both parties.
