SiNett's board of directors has selected Richard H. Forte as its executive chairman

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- SiNett Corporation, developer of groundbreaking silicon and software for next-generation network infrastructures, today announced that its board of directors has selected Richard H. Forte as its executive chairman. Mr. Forte joins SiNett as the company transitions from its focus on development to revenue generation with its OneEdge switch processor for unified wireless and wired enterprise networks.

Mr. Forte, a semiconductor industry veteran, was most recently Chairman and CEO of RFco Corporation. Additionally, he served as CEO of ITeX Corporation and CEO of Vantis Corporation (a subsidiary of Advances Micro Devices). Mr. Forte was also a senior executive of Advanced Micro Devices, responsible for the flash memory, programmable logic, networking communications and micro-controller businesses.
