PacketFront presents its True Broadband Network Training Programme to to secure the competence and knowledge of its customers

STOCKHOLM -- In order to add value and secure the competence and knowledge of its customers, PacketFront has developed a True Broadband Network (TBN) Training Programme.The PacketFront team has a unique composition of experience from building and operating large scale, Ethernet-based True Broadband Networks. The team has faced the challenges of these kinds of networks - both from operator, network equipment and vendor viewpoints. Through the Training Programme, the PacketFront team is able to share its unique experiences with customers and partners.”We have created a Training Programme which covers everything from basic knowledge about True Broadband Networks and business models, to installation and troubleshooting of products,” says Richard Jansson, Manager Customer Advocacy at PacketFront. “The purpose of the Training Programme is to secure that our customers and partners have the best possible presumptions for success”, Jansson concludes. PacketFront’s Training Programme is aimed at Broadband and Communications Operators, Service Providers and Equipment Installers. The courses target a number of functions in these companies, such as business development, network engineers, product development, network installation and operation staff etc. Additions to the Training Programme will be made continously. Currently the programme contains the following courses:

  • TBN Fundamentals (self study)

  • BECS Basics

  • SPECS Basics

  • ASR Configuration

  • Troubleshooting
