Tejas Networks opens R&D center in Noida to develop next-generation telecom equipment and software

BANGALORE, India -- Tejas Networks, a leading enabler of high-performance optical transmission infrastructure, announced its opening of a new R&D Center in Noida. This is the first R&D center of Tejas in North India. This office will augment its existing Sales & Support office in Delhi.

The new R&D Center was inaugurated by Mr. T.K. Wali, Executive Director Telecom, Power Grid Corporation India Ltd. (PGCIL). “We Congratulate Tejas Networks on opening their new R&D Center in Noida. We have been working with Tejas Networks for over three years, during which Power grid’s network as well as telecom business has grown significantly. We consider Tejas Networks as our trusted partner, and are happy to see that Tejas Networks has now evolved into a complete optical networking provider from SDH to DWDM, as well as Carrier Ethernet. As one of the first technology product companies from India, we wish them continued success!”
