Grubman to Advise Telecom Firm

Distinctive Devices retains Jack B. Grubman as a strategic consultant. What else is there to say?

FORT LEE, N.J. -- Distinctive Devices Inc. ("DDI") (OTCBB: DDVS - News) today announced that Jack B. Grubman, Managing member of Magee Group, LLC, has been retained as a strategic consultant. Mr. Grubman will advise and provide consultancy to the senior management and Board of Directors of DDI on matters pertaining to strategic planning and corporate development.

From 1985 to 2002 Mr. Grubman worked as a telecommunications analyst on Wall Street at PaineWebber and, later, at Salomon Smith Barney. Previously, from 1977 to 1985, he was employed by AT&T in various assignments ranging from econometric modeling to strategic planning. Mr. Grubman holds a BA in Mathematics from Boston University and a MS in Mathematical Statistics from Columbia University.
