These assets include extensive fiber and conduit in and around the metro areas of Atlanta, GA; Baltimore, MD; Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX; Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX; South Florida, Tampa, FL; and Washington D.C. With almost 300,000 inventory fiber miles, FiberLight, LLC will continue to be one of the nation’s only carrier neutral infrastructure providers.

“We are all very excited about the change,” states Michael P. Miller, President and CEO of FiberLight, LLC. “As a result of this transaction we are now strategically positioned to focus on our core products in addition to expanding our footprint and product portfolio. This was the final step in a series of transactions that allow us to operate as a viable entity operating with substantially less debt.”

FiberLight, LLC will continue to be affiliated with Thermo Telecom Partners of Thermo Capital Partners (TCP), headquartered in Denver and New Orleans. TCP provides capital to proven management groups who require strategic capital for organic growth, acquisitions or changes in ownership.

“Thermo’s continued confidence in our management team and the value of our company is a reassuring factor to our customers and vendors alike,” states Kevin Coyne, CFO of FiberLight, LLC. “We have recapitalized the business while eliminating the majority of our debt which has enabled us to continue to bring unique solutions to our customers and address their growing fiber and capacity needs.”

FiberLight, LLC will maintain its Atlanta, GA headquarters locations as well as offices in Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Florida.
