9:05 AM -- EuroBlog is in Milan this week for the C5 event, and we've heard from many of our Italian friends about a number of "must see" sights in the north Italian city. (See BT, Huawei Look Alive at C5 and FT, Telefónica Talk Up IMS.)
Sights, unfortunately, that such a short stay (in a different part of the city) simply haven't allowed.
But in case you're going, here are the recommendations we've received from Italtel SpA et al:
- Milan Central Station -- an architectural wonder, we are told.
- Teatro Alla Scala, or La Scala. Famous for its operatic performances and, again, its physical splendour.
- Milan Cathedral. It would have taken our breath away if we'd seen it...
