XO Goes With ADC for Billing
XO Communications selects ADC's Singl.eView for broadband convergent billing, customer management, competitive service delivery

(XO) is installing ADC's Singl.eView* dynamic transaction management platform for convergent billing and customer management for treatment and collections. XO will use Singl.eView for its broadband business communications services, which include local and long distance, IP and integrated voice and data. Based in Reston, Va., XO is one of the leading facilities-based competitive communications service providers in North America. XO selected Singl.eView as part of its effort to decrease its total cost of ownership and increase its flexibility to quickly create new product bundles for XO customers. XO also cited Singl.eView's integration tools and capabilities as a key factor in its selection.
